Karibu! Meet and greet with our local team on arrival at Pemba Airport, then private transfer to The Aiyana.

Pemba is the green, untouched sister of Zanzibar — a lush archipelago of clove plantations, rolling hills and dense forests fringed by some of the most pristine reefs in the Indian Ocean. Far from the crowds, Pemba has kept its wild, authentic character.

Welcome drinks on the beachfront terrace and lunch at the resort. The afternoon is dedicated to the first workshop session in the hotel's private meeting facilities, followed by dinner.
